How do I place an order?

Send me a message through the “Contact” tab, Instagram or Facebook, email, text, or give me a call. We can run through all of the different options and pricing then once we nail down what you’re looking for, I’ll get it added to the books. Once it is time for me to start your order, I’ll reach out to confirm the details and get payment and shipping information.

The only information I will need to get your order added to the books is your name, contact information, and an idea of what you would like to order.

What if I do not see a specific item that I am looking for?

Please do not hesitate to reach out with your request. Chances are I have made that item in the past and if I haven’t new challenges are always welcomed..

What is the current turnaround time on new orders?

Typically my turnaround times are around 3 to 4 months. This obviously fluctuates based on the time of year and the number of recent orders.

Can I pay extra to move my order to the top of the list?

No. I work through my list based on when the orders are placed.

Whats the status of my order? / Have you started my order? / When will you start my order?

If I have confirmed that your order in on the books, I will reach out when I am about to get started. I promise I have not forgot about you. If I have not reached out, then I have not got to your order yet. I will do my best to reach out within the estimated time frame but please remember it is an estimate.
